Via ultrageluid geleide naaldafzuiging
EBUS-TBNA heeft bewezen niet alleen van grote waarde te zijn voor stadiumbepaling in lymfeklieren (N-stadiëring), maar ook voor het strategisch gebruik van cytologische en histologische monsters voor moleculaire analyse. Aan de hand van het verkregen specimen kan een betrouwbare diagnose worden gesteld en het specimen kan ook worden gebruikt voor celblokpreparatie, immunochemie en moleculaire onderzoeken.
Naast de naalden van 21 G, 22 G en 25 G heeft Olympus als enige ook een EBUS-TBNA-naald van 19 G in het assortiment. Bovendien omvat ons aanbod nu ook de tweede generatie EBUS-naalden — de ViziShot 2. Naast de bij u bekende veiligheidsmechanismen en uitstekende ultrasone zichtbaarheid, biedt Olympus u nu ook nog een naald voor elke situatie — voor uitgebreidere mogelijkheden in EBUS-TBNA

The EZ Shot 3 Plus single-use EUS-FNB/FNA needle provides access to difficult to reach lesions, such as uncinate process lesions without compromising scope position. The combination of the multi-layer coil sheath, nitinol needle, and Menghini tip allow for precise and smooth penetration into the target lesion. The EZ Shot 3 Plus is available in 19G, 22G and 25G size options.
